How much time do I need to invest?

Expect to spend 2-5 hours a week with us, whether that’s in Group Coaching Calls, diving into the Masterclass Library, joining a Coastal Walk, or connecting in the WhatsApp Goddess Group.

But here’s the kicker: our first focus is on getting you more time. Within the first 14 days, you’ll reclaim hours you didn’t even know you’d lost. By the time we’re done, your net time investment? Zero.

Weekly Group Coach Calls
Each Tuesday. we come together to celebrate wins, tackle challenges and refine focus. You'll get crystal clear on what to hit with the red light, what to park for now on yellow, and what to invest your energy into for max impact. More than talk, this is action and accountability.

Masterclass Library
The right Reputation is dependant on what you do, not what you know. So our focus is action more than consumption. The library is packed with strategies, tools, research, and implementation guides so you can choose what moves the needle for your style, your goals.

Optional Coast Walk Fridays.
Balance fuels your reputation and mind-body connection is key. If you’re near Sydney, join us at 7am for a Coastal Walk & Talk – Bondi one week, Manly the next. It’s a refreshing way to connect, reflect, and recharge.

The magic continues outside of sessions. Share your wins, ask questions, celebrations and support your fellow goddesses in a space buzzing wth energy and encouragement.

What are the coach calls like?

Grounded in the core themes of the program, our Coach Calls run on a six-week cycle, keeping everything focused, fresh, and actionable.

Here’s how it flows: each week kicks off with the theme of the week, and then it’s all about you. We dive into what’s happening in real time – celebrating wins, tracking progress, shifting the needle, and balancing where to focus or pull back your energy.

Clients often say the magic isn’t just in their turn – they gain just as much from hearing others work through similar challenges. It’s a shared space for insight, support, and breakthroughs.

Expect to tackle topics like uncovering opportunities, navigating stakeholder communication, handling a toxic boss, mastering self-awareness, setting digital boundaries, and even interview coaching. Whatever you’re facing, we work through it together.

Currently, Coach Calls are on Tuesdays, but if we need to add another day or bring in an additional coach to make sure you’re fully supported, we’ll make it happen.

Does my location matter?

Not at all.

If you’re in Sydney, you’re welcome to join our Coast Walk Fridays, alternating between Bondi and Manly. It’s the perfect way to reflect, connect, and recharge by the ocean.

If Sydney beaches are out of reach, no worries! We encourage you to create your own reflection walk wherever you are. Stroll solo, invite a friend in a similar role, or pop in one of our podcasts to guide your introspection.

Our Weekly Coach Calls are delivered via Zoom, so no matter where you are in the world, you can join in. This program is designed to work for you, wherever life takes you.

How Long Will It Take To See A Change?

Next, you’ll jump into the 10-Day Challenge, delivered via private podcast. It’s not just a challenge; it’s a detox for wasted time, clearing out the clutter so the wins start rolling in immediately.

Our first Group Coaching Call on Tuesday, 28th January.
The Masterclass Library opens that same week, packed with powerhouse resources to fuel your growth.
The WhatsApp Goddess Group launches on Thursday, 23rd January, so you’ll have a buzzing support system to keep you motivated and inspired every step of the way.
